Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be back to our shipping department by the 10th day. 

ALL sales final on jewelry and accessories. NO EXCHANGES should you need a different size please place a new order.  No shipping charges will be credited. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All items that are custom items etc. school themed item(s), custom name items, and any other personalized items are non-returnable unless deemed damaged by Vintage Floral.  

No Refunds will be given back in the form of cash. Money will be credited to a gift card. Must be returned in original condition. Unworn, no makeup stains, no perfume, or altered in any way. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Returns that are sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee and will be returned to you.

We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items shipped by the customer. We ONLY accept USPS returns, No FED EX or UPS. Please include, Name, Order Number, E- Mail, and Reason for return.
