All BOUTIQUE orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on best delivery option at the time of season and order. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday’s.

We will always check to make sure your dress can arrive before your wear date!
Vintage Floral Garment Bags will be shipped with the dress in the bag if you choose to purchase a bag. If you do not purchase a dress bag, then your dress will be shipped in a plastic garment bag.Â
Express Shipping/Rush Shipping is available to purchase as an additional charge. Your order will ship out via USPS or UPS with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 bussiness day. Your order will ship via Ground Shipping if Rush Shipping/Express Shipping is not selected and purchased before submitting your order.Â
Shipping Insurance is available for all orders for only $15.00 per dress! Orders submitted with Shipping Insurance that are shipped to a PO BOX, APO, FPO, DPO, an apartment, or a suite/complex may require signature for delivery. Excludes orders under $200.
For Shipping Insurance orders, you must contact us within 3 days (including weekends) for domestic shipping addresses and within 5 days (including weekends) for international shipping addresses.
Rush Production is available for SOME styles that are currently not in stock and need to a special order/special cut for a future event. Call us to request estimated delivery times and provide the dress you want to order.Â
Next-Day Delivery, Saturday Delivery, & Same-Day Pick-Up is available for most styles! Call us for costs and estimated delivery times.Â
PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO
PO Box orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to be delivered in 1-5 bussiness days once shipped.
APO, FPO, and DPO are shipped via USPS. Shipping times may vary, but are estimated to be delivered in 7-21 business days after your order has shipped. In order to process all orders in a timely manner, please make sure to correctly indicate the shipping address. Click HERE for more details from USPS. Please note, shipping insurance orders may also include or require signature for package.
International Orders & Shipping
Currently, we do not ship International Orders.

Most styles ship out in 1-5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the specific style/dress.

All Sales are Final (no return, no exchange). Orders cannot be cancelled.
Orders (online orders/purchases or in-store orders/purchases) that are sent back to Vintage Floral via UPS or USPS or any other carrier (for USA), for any reason, will incur a 100% restocking fee (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).
Reasons included, but are not limited to, the customer did not accept the package(s) or did not pick-up the package(s) at a UPS or USPS postal location (Return to Sender, including UPS access point, PO box, etc...), or if the order is sent to Vintage Floral or the designer by the customer for any reason, the order/dress/product will result in restocking fees of 100% of the full order (restocking fee cannot be reversed, no exception).Â
